I have a couple of questions regarding the 3-Phase Sunsynk inverter: What happens if you loss a phase, i.e. phase 2 goes down or worse you get low voltage (e.g. 140V on 220V supply)? This has happened at my place a couple of times. Hence the question.

The inverter has to be wired in the correct phase rotation. I'm distrustful of Eskom. What would happen if the phase rotation is changed after installation? I'm hoping you will simply get an error with a shutdown and need to "fix" the wiring; but not damage would be incurred. Admittedly I haven't seen Eskom do this but I haven't checked either.

Hi thank you, I have attached this screenshot from the 12kW 3ph SUNSINK inverter, all seems well, except for a spike on the system once or twice a day, everyday.. A spike on a 400V 3phase, 4 wire Grid of 65000W (65kW). How do I mitigate against that it completely changes the scales on the App for reading production data

Thank you HYMAN AND HALL TECHNOLOGIES PTY.LTD (that's me) just installed a SUNSYNK 12kW 3ph machine 19 Aug 2022. Magnificent engineering I take my hat off to this machine. My customer in Houghton, Joburg has 3ph, 400V rated residential load, unbalanced (asynchronous). You mentioned that on asynchronous set, (current setting) that the inverter can supply 12kW at 220V on a 1ph (approx 50A). Q1: To supply 12kW on a 1ph, does it mean no power is supplied on the other two phases? Q2: Would synchronous (balanced) setting only pertain to rotating loads or electrically balanced loads? Q3: At which tolerance does synchronous become asynchronous? Sorry seeking more info on the 12kW 3ph SUNSYNK hybrid machine.
