Hi, since the merge of the regions on the 04th, my inverter is not "working" on my app. I am confident it is still doing what it does. What do i need to do to have sight of it again please
On the phone app, if you go to the 'me' tab at the bottom, then 'sign out', choose region then sign back in again with the same password

Hi i have 16kw single phase sunsynk when thers no grid i can draw max 13kw on invertor maxbevore it shut down when grid is on then i can draw 16kw whay is that
