At Sunsynk, we value quality and professionalism. In line with this commitment, we kindly request that all Sunsynk Approved Installers re-register via our new application form by 1st August 2023 to remain on our database.
This is to ensure that our Approved Installers are well represented with their most up-to-date information, and that Sunsynk customers are given the best possible service.
Failure to re-register by August 1st, 2023 may result in temporary suspension or complete removal of your certification. After this date, any documentation confirming your certification will become invalid.
How to re-register
Simply click the button below to access our new application form. Follow the instructions carefully and provide accurate and up-to-date information to facilitate a seamless update of your details.
All South Africa based installers must provide all the documentation requested in addition to their electrical qualifications. Failure to this may result in an unsuccessful application.
You will be required to provide a screenshot from Sunsynk Connect that states both your name and the number of completed installs. We understand that the current app display does not present this information on a single page. To access the desired display, please visit www.sunsynk.net and log in using your app credentials. This will enable you to conveniently view your name and inverter count displayed together. You can access this feature using a browser on either a mobile device or a desktop computer.
Once your form is submitted, your application will be reviewed. You will receive confirmation of your updated approval status via email. Upon receiving this confirmation, you will be assigned a new certification number. To obtain updated documentation, please contact customerservices@sunsynk.com.
We highly recommend completing the reregistration process as soon as possible to avoid any last-minute rush and to guarantee your continued approval status with us.

What do I do when a Synsynk approved installer that installed my system cannot resolve my issues and I get a comment like look at the Sunsynk youtube videos to see how the app works! I do however not have full access. If i look at the videos it states that only the installers should do changes and we could loose our warranty if I do my own setting changes.
