It is over a month since I contacted your firm regarding a Radio Frequency Interference complaint. It has not been answered and my original ticket number is 35575 of 13th February 2024. I have prompted them today and have received ticket number 40849.
Below is an extract from my original mailing:
I am experiencing severe Radio Frequency Interference form next doors Sunsynk 3.6K-SG03LP inverter which was installed last summer. This exhibits RFI with noise spikes of about -80dBm every 30KHz across the entire high frequency radio spectrum. If the system is switched off this RFI completely disappears.
It would also seem that my neighbours installation has no Battery Magnetic Ring installed which is shown on page 12 and…
Currently the biggest problem with the sunsynk system is the after sales technical advice that is non-existent. Forums for specific cases / problems are left to users / clients to resolve amongst them with little to no input from sunsynk team creating a growing frustration with the system.
Andrew hope you hit the ground running. Sunsynk South Africa needs to get its repair centres in all the major provinces as well as the turnaround time to days not months.
Please can you also push for onsite repairs were possible .
To decommission and remove an inverter and ship it to Jhb is a costly exercise.
