Please divert your attention from making inane unscripted videos to sorting out the list of software problems that come “free” with Sunsynk inverters. It has taken me and my installer months of determined efforts to even get your team to recognise that there are problems. We’ve only ever been passed from pillar to post with zero progress.
Issue 1. Two inverters in parallel but only one is used when exporting to grid, so 50% of any solar being generated is lost.
Issue 2. DNO set an export limit of 4.5Kw, Sunsynk inverter sets 4.5 as the inverters maximum capacity instead so, if the home is using 3kw, only 1.5 gets exported instead of 4.5. The export data…
Hello Keith. Pls, if I may ask, why is my battery seems to go flat so quick than when I bought from the grid. I have 5.2kw of battery to store much energy for laser in the day, but I noticed that it goes flat so quickly or shoukd I say that the grid seems to be able to drain them off my battery. I don't understand this. I thought the grid are only allowed to take the rest once my battery is 100%, but they seemed to be taking anything available on my battery. How do I stop this please?
