Good day all! I got a 16kw sunsynk just quit giving output! 14kw on the roof 10kwh storage for my client! It powers up fine but no output, tried killing(turn off) all inputs except battery no luck its been running since February
Good morning everyone , I have recently added 2 batteries to my solar system , I have a 3,6kw Sunsynk inverter and 2 batteries , I am absolutely over the moon with it all , apart from the fact it’s putting around 200w back into the grid all the time , can anyone help regards Glyn

Hi Kieth, whilst being a big supporter of Sunsynk. I would like to point out that ease of installation is a lot slower than most of the new “prototypes”. I however think a lot of concern regarding Sunsynk is that there are too many distributors, many of whom are literally giving Inverters away and this is leading to price wars. Lastly, clients have an emotional attachment to the sleeker, stackable Systems with less trunking and flexible tubing etc. Sunsynk is most certainly proven to be robust. I have to date installed over 350 Sunsynk Inverters but have to date had no failures except one or two out of the box failures where the replacement was complicated and took a fai…
